So adeejaysdelight is doing a Tough Mudder in July, madmondeoman is doing a Triathlon in May and I'm doing 10k runs in June, July and August and the GNR in September.
How is everyone's training getting on and are there any other foccers in training for an athletic event this year?
Me I'm up to 3.3km so a third of the way there. I'm following the Couch to 5k plan for the beginning part and am on week 5. Over to you
