Erm...... No.
Damn..... :\

Does that mean you have found hand guards that fit the normal bars?
If i find bars with enough clearance then trust me i WILL find hand guards, i've always wanted some!
I just want temporary ones for the winter, to keep the wind off my fingers.
Why is clearance so important, you only really need full lock for u-turns etc?
You just answered your own question!
You don't wanna start doing turns whilst bashing the fairing.
When my steering lock is on the throttle cables are literally touching my fairing, so i wouldn't even be able to put the lock on with guards on at all. :\

I know i have but i only really do that when on a car park practising slow manoeuvres , i.e. not real world stuff.

You never know, it only takes a u-turn on a downward hill and you'll certainly need full lock capabilities.
It's better if it clears, and i'd imagine it might fail an MOT as well?
