Yep, seen a Serbian film, forgot about that. Very dark, and sick through to the core.
Stop polishing it and ride the bloody thing!!

With Poodyboy...

The Decent. Nice little twist at the end and one of my all time greats.
Some say that he eats habanero chilli peppers dipped in oil of capsaicin for extra bite and that his pyjamas are made from Nomex. All we know is, he's called Ad the Bad

All class, watched with the lights off, designed to make you jump without cheap gore to do it with.

I work some nights deep in the countryside and total darkness, except for my wee truck headlights. The sewage farm I visit has Zombies and I have to be bloody quick when locking the gate sprinting back to the cab getting in double quick and locking the door.... And then remember to breathe.
In our house I'm not allowed to watch certain films anymore.

28 days later is great, and the descent was good, but I thought it was very jumpy rather than scary

Dog soldiers is another jumpy one, kinda funny too

Obviously, all of these films would be vastly improved with the addition of a few snakes... and a plane!

The old school zombies are ok, because they're slow and a bit stupid. The 28 days zombies are a nightmare but I can cope with them. I don't really mind 'em as I carry guns at work  Big Grin

Now werewolves and vampires are a different story. There everywhere round here at night :eek

If you want something truely disturbing hunt our a movie called Tetsuo: Iron man.. It is really f..kd up..

As for Dredd. Not a bad film for the budget but i wouldnt say it was true to the comics.. Better than the stalone mess though

Forget your overbudget, Hollywood films for the masses...

Martyrs
Inside
13 Tzameti
Old Boy
The Audition
Salo - 120 days of Sodom
Haute Tension
Irreversible
Man Bites Dog

Watch all these and they'll change your vision of "cinema"

What about Cujo? Never seen it but it scared Rachel (Friends) enough to make her cuddle Joey?

Just a thought?
