Each to their own. Ready mix UK Anti freeze goes down to -35 ish, it's never getting anywhere near that even in the wind. I've got mates in Scandinavia that don't see those temperatures nowadays! Admittedly their mix is 50/50 or in the extreme north 60/40 in their cars.
