Tin of brush hammerite for the frame and pot black for the engine would make it look a lot better for £20.
Looks like a radiator off job, ooootube has some engine in frame tidy up videos you could draw inspiration from, spray cans with newspaper to mask off areas not needing a spruce, matt heat paint on engine fins after a dose of wire brushing , black gloss engine enamel spray on casings and frame after a wire brush or sanding, some new casing bolts and Bobs your aunty...... if that's how you want it.
Personally I'd spend a bit more time stripping stuff down to ensure all is well.
But ya makes your choice.
