Any particular reason why you want an Octavia?

You can get a Fabia Mark 2 with reasonable mileage for a good price, I just replaced mine that had done 86k after it got T-boned by a girl who drove straight through a Give Way line

I got a 2012 TSI that had done just under 60k for £4295 which was only £300 more than the previous one cost.

The Octavia estate is a similar sized car to my Vectra, which had been a perfect car for my needs. Will no doubt just buy a banger as a stop gap until something I really like comes along. Obviously has to be ULEZ compliant. I didn’t want to lose the Vectra, but at the same time refused to give that weasel Khan £12.50 every time I wanted to use my car.
