Steering Fz1 gen 1 and steering fz1 gen 2 and R1 2002 same?

Hi im new in the world of motorcycle (3 week ago) i just get myiscence hehe!
can i use steering damper from R1 2002 on my fz1 2005?
but i want to know if the steering of the fz1 gen 1 and gen 2 and R1 2002 have same steering cause i want to buy steering damper GPR4 but they dont made for fz1 gen 1 (i ask them) so if i buy for gen 2 or for R1 2001 -2005.. steering damper.. if is gonna fit ? or maybe with little mod?
i have little wobble at more than 230km/h ..
