Test your TPS with a meter, they can go a bit off internally. You need to test it carefully with a Meter, the resistance should move smoothly up through the range with no jumping from. If there is any doubt change it. The one from the DR400 fits and is usually half the price of the Yamaha one. You will need to swap a wire in the plug and I posted a "How to" int the downloads section.
