Marksman for the bearings but you will need to get the spacers from Yamaha. Try Fowlers online - there's a parts fiche on the website.
As others have said, possible to replace everything and still have a little vertical freeplay. I seem to recall some owners torquing everything up with the rear wheel on the deck. You'd think that having it hang down freely on the centrestand would achieve the same effect, using gravity to pull the freeplay down instead but might be worth considering.
