Providing the bikes running fine in all other respects, the issue is the cold start plunger on No3 crab. Check that it's moving freely over all it's travel, that the link fork is correctly fitted in the plunger shaft rebate, or not bent/damaged. These are almost never serviced, became dry and seize over time, there's a fair bit of play in the linkage/opening fork they can stick shut, choke effect doesn't work poor starting, or half open poor running at low revs when warm but fine higher revs. The plunger unscrews as an assembly, often just a clean very light smear of grease and its sorted, that said they can suffer oxidisation of the plunger bore, this will need to be removed.
