You an see the scrape on the casing as the bike lay on a stone. The scrapes on the very side of the bars is from when I had to squeeze it down a narrow gap with a brick wall. the scrapes on the under side of the bars are from some very nice roundabouts

The bars wont help as much as a full set in a big off but are great for stupid little "lay downs" at 9 1/2 stone my "past the point of no return" is nearer than other people although no weakling I just do not have the counter balance. Whenever I wheel it about I always make sure since then that it is leaning to me and not upright.
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.
