Fazer 600 won't start

i wouldnt use high octane mine didnt like it at all and im sure i read the same from others
when you drained the carb bowls did you look to see if there was any water in there??
its always near empty tanks that gather the most moisture so there is a good chance that is the problem
just drain whats left into 2lt pop bottles and you will see if there is water (it settles at bottom)  once its settled then you can either syphon the fuel from above the water (personally i would just use this in your lawnmower if you have one) re drain your float bowls aswell so its a completly dry system then top up with fresh fuel and reprime, hopefully good to go
