The rear brake is always hard to bleed after air has got into master cylinder because the high point in the system is the banjo bolt on the master cylinder.
Try undoing the banjo bolt and using it like a bleed nipple to bleed the air out.
And take caliper off bracket and hose clamp off swinging arm and tie caliper to pillion footrest so it is higher than the master cylinder and try to bleed it there to help the bubbles move along the hose. Remember to something between the brake pads so you don't pump the pistons out
