I don't recognize the bike but it looks tidy and well-modded. A good chance that it has been rejetted if the other mods are anything to go by.
To check, remove the top of one of the carbs (#2 is easiest to work on) and take out the carb diaphragm to inspect the needle. If it's stamped SD-129 or SD-130 around the top, it's stock. A needle with more than one obvious taper is most likely one of Ivan's. To find out which one, see if the airbox lid has been modified and a performance air filter installed. If it has, you've almost certainly got a Fazer with Ivan's MB jet kit and other mods aka the Full Monty.
