Coolant overheating warning light
#1
Hi All,

I've read on one of the online owner's manuals that the coolant overheating warning light should come on for a few seconds when the ignition is switched on. Mine does not come on at all. The fuel and oil level warning lights do. The coolant level is fine and the bike runs okay.

Any ideas where I should start looking ? ...or should it only come on when the engine is overheating !! It's just that I've noticed the engine has a strange smell recently...without I've been running through cow excrement or something similarĀ  :eek
