It's not actually that difficult, but it's a bit daunting the first time. The biggest PITA I found was actually getting the rear wheel back in place so I could put the axle through (took me bloody ages and repeated attempts before I got it sorted!)

If you talk nicely to the garage they may let you record them doing the job and talk you through what's happening.
