glad you're ok now but see my answer in another post about insurance, if you're exiting a side road onto a main road the onus is on YOU and this is a similar scenario. Remember that you do not need to take your insurance solicitor, inform them that you're using your own.....contact "Sorry mate"
I have no ties to them but a workmate used them after he got hit and got a good wedge. Their ad says they're bike riders as well as lawyers so know the score.
