Valve stem seals

Yes there is like a black smoke when i open a throtle. other thing i read, that bike dont like to be unridable, for big period of time, say 1 year, or more, that something happens with seals, anyway i dont have anything to loose, if i would change them, except money fot new gasket and seals, we dont riding in winter, so i will have plenty time
