It sounds like you've turned your "faulty" Fazer into a perfectly normal one. The 6k buzz is normal for the FZS600 
Sometimes mine is worse than others, sometimes it's not there at all and sometimes, like you, my fingers go numb.
Balancing the carbs can help, have you done that since putting the engine back in?
