I'll give you a Scottish idea :-)

I've recently put some penny washers into my front shocks, just remove top cap, drop in some penny washers making sure you do the same amount each side, think I've got 3 either side and then replace top cap, go for a wee run see how it feels, then add or remove to suit your ride, 30 minute job max.

They were half penny washers.... Same dimension as penny but made for the Scottish..... :b
