XP is no longer supported by Microsoft so other vendors like Avast, MacAfee etc don't fully support XP with their products either. As browsers go out of support, MacAfee etc stop looking for and fixing things they find as it just adds cost with no benefit for them.
I am still getting some sort of support for xp as I have just received an up date -Windows malicious software removal tool January 2016(KB890830) whats that then?
And as far as I am aware my Norton is fully supporting xp
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.
