Had a couple of annual leave days to use up before the end of the year recently, so I decided to do a bit of sight-seeing in London.
As well as a trip up The Shard and a wander around Westminster Abbey & St Paul's cathedral, I visited all 3 of the IWM's London sites (HMS Belfast, The Churchill War Room's and the IWM itself).
Have to say, I found HMS Belfast the most interesting and inspiring.
What it must have been like on board when it was engaged in battle I can't even begin to imagine.
I take my hat off to them all.
