spaces are getting smaller, and there is a minimum size most councils are meant to work too.
I challenged a car parking ticket I got in Northampton for 'not parking in a marked bay', I proved that not only wouldn't my car fit in one (it's now too long and too wide for most new carparks) but that their bays were actually under their guidelines that they're meant to be working with.
never even got a sorry for that! :rollin
anyway, as for that parking above, I don't see any issues with it, but that's just me, I filter a lot so I'm used to cars/vans being that close!
