Soft front forks.

Heavier fork springs would help, heavier fork oil might also assist.
Unfortunately as the forks are damper-rod construction, so heavier springs and oil will translate as increased harshness / more jarring from the forks up through the handlebars.
For the complete cure, after the first two mods you'd need to modify the fork internals, converting them with cartridge fork emulators. But bear in mind this final mod would not be as simple as changing the springs and fork oil.
