To be honest I don't think there's much between them. Personally I'd go for a decent foxeye with low milage, the best you can find for your budget. Improved tank, light, fairing, hazard switch and mirrors. Most parts are interchangeable so plenty of spares about. I'm not biased, I've got a boxeye. To my mind the larger tank is the winning feature, everything else you can change/live with.

You can put the bigger tank on your bike!
I have hazards on my bike too.
