don't think new seals and pistons are gonna cut it....when pumping the brake to move piston out...
the seals were getting pushed out with it ...looks like the wall around the piston has started to brake away.

That sounds expensive. I am planning to do a caliper exchange at some point.

There is a company you send them the old caliper they send you back immediately the same brand refurbished one. And by refirbished they mean better than rebuild with complete makeover with new parts if needed.

They have ebay shop too. And are an UK based company with calipers for sporty cars and bikes their main business, not some dodgy ebay seller.

I do not think it is wise idea to trust your life to some non-professional about brakes.

I do a lot of bike DIY but I would not trust myself for that matter.

If I was you I would give them a call.
