I think most of my bike brake levers have wobbled!
One thing I have noticed is that after market lever bushes are generally a crap fit and have a lot of play in them. I've had to make my own bushes to reduce the wobble.
The flip side is if they're too tight, they bind with the housing, create a stiff lever action, and wear the lever mountings prematurely.
