They are the best modification you can do to the standard forks (if fitted alongside replacement springs).  Obviously replacement cartridge forks swapped from other bikes would be even better.

Kebab19, thank you for info. I found local springs manufactor with good prices and now plan to source for R6 shock and emu.
Kebab, do you have any info about suitable for FZS600 catridge forks? And I can't find (I know and I saw your posts about it) which R6 shock good for and what parts I need for setup. Please give me link.
