Yes but as you scroll down through Item specifics and detailed item info, its all the TV details.
Then when you get to the bit the seller fills out, in small print, the first sentence says the bit about its not a tv and then theres a thousand word essay all about the TV.

Looking at the sellers feedback, apart from one negative, all looks good. I wonder if the accounts been hacked?

But she repeats the line about it not actually being the tv for sale many many times in that description.
If she knows what's going on then it's just cruel basically.
