Want a telly? - dickturpin - 26-12-14 DONT bid on this..... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161536065561?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT :eek :eek :eek Re: Want a telly? - richfzs - 26-12-14 And yet, apparently 21 people have done. Good luck to them! Re: Want a telly? - limax2 - 26-12-14 :rollin Someone is in for a big disappointment :'( Now got 23 bids. Re: Want a telly? - clayt74 - 26-12-14 It's a great buy only £265!!!! It shouldn't be allowed!!! Too many nieve people out there! Re: Want a telly? - richfzs - 27-12-14 (26-12-14, 11:29 PM)clayt74 link Wrote: It's a great buy only £265!!!! Fixed that for you Re: Want a telly? - darrsi - 27-12-14 It really is false advertising though, the headline states the tv. That's so wrong. :rolleyes Re: Want a telly? - clayt74 - 27-12-14 (27-12-14, 12:00 AM)richfzs link Wrote:
Fixed that for you
Lol...... Cheers mate ![]() Re: Want a telly? - Fazerider - 27-12-14 A misleading listing like that deserves to be reported, but try to do so and you're straight into Ebay's crappy drop down menu system that only lets you select completely inappropriate reasons for complaint. Re: Want a telly? - locksmith - 27-12-14 I waded through the report menus and found an appropriate one - reported! Mind you knowing ebay they'll ignore it and take their fees ![]() Re: Want a telly? - robby boy - 27-12-14 Just goes to show that some people only read the title and not the advert, yes the seller is wrong for the article he is selling but the buyer obviously has not done his homework either. Re: Want a telly? - locksmith - 27-12-14 Yes but as you scroll down through Item specifics and detailed item info, its all the TV details. Then when you get to the bit the seller fills out, in small print, the first sentence says the bit about its not a tv and then theres a thousand word essay all about the TV. Looking at the sellers feedback, apart from one negative, all looks good. I wonder if the accounts been hacked? But she repeats the line about it not actually being the tv for sale many many times in that description. If she knows what's going on then it's just cruel basically. Re: Want a telly? - fazersharp - 27-12-14 Look his sold listings they has already done it and sold one for £740 If it is a hack how does that work does the hacker get the paypal payment or the account that has been hacked Re: Want a telly? - chaz - 27-12-14 also reported it, sometimes if you view on phones it doesnt always show all the details? Re: Want a telly? - locksmith - 27-12-14 Found the sold one. That was a three day listing that ended yesterday. Todays one is a one day listing. My monies on the account being hacked Re: Want a telly? - dickturpin - 27-12-14 You may be right about the account being hacked....all previous sales have been pretty low value items. Re: Want a telly? - Ebme Geek - 27-12-14 5 mins left, 26 bids & £720 !!!!!! :eek Re: Want a telly? - clayt74 - 27-12-14 Ha I got it at £721 win win can't wait for it to be delivered!!! ![]() Some poor fool is gonna be really pissed in a few days!! Re: Want a telly? - fazersharp - 27-12-14 Also odd that the feedback is supposedly 306 yet they actually only have 9 if you look at the feedback page Re: Want a telly? - pilninggas - 27-12-14 (27-12-14, 09:21 PM)fazersharp link Wrote: Also odd that the feedback is supposedly 306 yet they actually only have 9 if you look at the feedback page9 in the last 12months, 306 overall.
