However, just in case it helps with your search, I have found out that the 2004 model humpback bags did use fine zips on the base. The item you require is, I am told, the OF526 Humpback Tailpack Conversion kit, for the OF520 series bags - also it seems we did make luggage for Yamaha at one time, so all seems to gel so far.
