If its bleeding correctly and you still cant get a pedal there is still air in there ,pick up a syringe from your local vets and back bleed it from the nipple back to the master ,take care not to overtighten the bleed nipple you will stretch the threads in the caliper and air will keep getting in and fluid will weep out and you will keep going round in circles,also try getting a bit of heat into the caliper this makes the air rise to the highest point in the caliper and easier to bleed out ,also a couple of taps on the caliper with a rubber mallet to dislodge any trapped air .Just another thought did you clean the pistons before moving them back in the calipers ? a tiny spek of grit can damage the caliper seal again allowing air into the systemÂ
