Right, because I've never seen people doing 80mph on the M27 when it's socked in with fog and I'm doing less than 40mph in Lane 1.
Or people who think that the slighest trace of mist in the air means you've got to switch your fog lights on.
And, of course, there's nobody who thinks that fog lights are some kind of decoration on their cars which should be left on at all times because it looks cool...
Not that I'm saying that *all* drivers are clueless...
... just most of them!
