Removing snapped exhaust studs

I prefer these; http://www.amazon.co.uk/Laser-4393-Impac...+extractor

You can get a really decent grip on the stud that way and its exactly what I used when mine snapped. If they snap flush with the head then its either attempt to drill them out and retap yourself, or engine out and to a machine shop (the latter is what I did and was charged £40 for two studs)
