Yeah, unless you constantly change carrying weights then there's no need for the remote adjuster, besides, if you carry the c spanner it's easy enough to change on the fly, but the remote does have a good bling factor!
As for the spring colour I'll probably wrap it in a protector anyway as it's out in all weather's!
