Hehe, I closely followed yours and others comments, this isn't a dig guys, some people just don't have the same train of thoughts!
Completely rebuildable, factory is in Oxford and seem nice enough guys. I think they have a YouTube video on their production!
I also like that when you order not only do they ask your weight (obviously including bike kit)
But also, how do you ride (fast road and occasional track day/ commute etc) how often for pillion, and the shock will come pre set for pre load and damping adjustments to their research.
The shock I ordered is the basic sport so compression/rebound is a linked adjustment I had this on my Hagon for the old T'cat and it was more than adequate!
But this makes it a fit and ride, there should be little need to change the adjustments, however it is a personal feeling on the bike!
