I'm having mine powdercoated too right now as we speak.
You can spray into the hollow bits which you can just about stick a straw in, main ones being the centre brace and the "foot lever". Take the stand off first though, makes life easier. Getting the stand on and off is much easier than I first thought, really a walk in the park and you can grease the pivots whilst you're there.
Cost for blast + powdercoat (no masking necessary) for the centre stand and side stand = £50. Got the springs powdercoated for that price too, but this will not be as good as whatever Griff has done (flash coating or something?)
