How do you clean the ignition switch / barrel

Turns out the problem I've been having is that the ignition switch isn't providing a good contact between the "alarm" and the blue yellow wire. By measuring the volts going through the black wire (on my bike its blue/black) when there was 10v the bike wouldn't start while when there was under 1v it would.
So yeah...how can I remove the barrel, strip it and clean it? |
