I wouldn't be too worried about the bolts as they are unlikely to be worn. The main thing is the condition of the bearings inside the linkage block, if in doubt ask the seller before buying to confirm they're good so you can return them if they are not.
Once you have a good linkage block, all you have to do is replace the current one, very easy job with the right tools.
