Just buy a second hand linkage block with decent bearings off ebay. Much cheaper

1st one comes with the additional bolts (which may be necessary if my are worn?).
2nd one it's from 12k miles bike (but not additional bolts).

Great, thanks. If I order used arm and find that only few items needs to be replace it seems to be great deal.
