Yeah, occasionally a good deal like that will crop up but even at half price their set was still £60~ if I remember correctly - pretty sure the sale has ended as well 
Its a good set and excellent value for money, but it depends on how much the OP is looking to spend. Asking only about spanners I would suggest the budget is fairly low
