Can you fit a clear tube to the drain hole and tape it up to the side and watch what is happening.
I have found that that the only way to solve something like this is to replace the complete valve assembly, Seat, Seal and Needle. Are they still available for this great machine
? Maybe not from suzuki but from either Mikuni or Kehin, not sure what type you have as both makes were used over the years.
Original Exhaust are hard to come by for these now.
