Ultrasonic is not always perfect.


You may have a bit of light corrosion at the seat where the needle seals which a quick scrape with an instrument size screwdriver or similar and a blast from the air gun will clear.


I am assuming you have tested the floats for leakage and that you have correctly set the float heights here mind.
