You can find the size and thread pitch from the workshop manual and then just buy them on eBay - I did this recently for the two rear caliper mounting bolts

The Front Brake caliper bolts should be M8 x 1.25
Unfortunately it doesn't show length BUT that is by far the easiest thing to measure
Just remember that length is from the base of the bolt head to the end of the thread (so basically doesn't include the bolt head)
