The bike rarely starts off the button now. If it's cold or very hot Temperature wise like this week or our winter, it wont start on the button, if it's mild-ish, then its a 50 - 50 chance. To get around this problem, and so I dont have to bumpstart it all the time, I've fitted a momentary switch under the seat, but obviously that Isnt ideal.

It sounds like you've answered your own question.
If you have a switch under the seat and it works 100% of the time then it's not the alarm or relays, it's mechanical failure of the contact.
At least that's how I read your post. Sorry if I've missed anything obvious.
