My rev counter issue - 6000rpm

Update happened again today a couple of times. Its actually 5000 rpm when the rev counter drops. This happens when I'm fully on the throttle.  Might be due to speed and the air hitting the Speedo drive cable but the rev counter will start working again and jump up to 10000 or 11000.
