Here's my Baldrick cunning plan:
1x 30mm od m8 penny washer between the plastic bobbin & the blue alloy part, next cut 2 or 3mm thick adhesive foam circles out to fit inner face of plastic bobbins (with a 30mm+ central hole cut out for washer)
Reassemble.Don't overtighten,but use threadlock on bolts.
The foam grips the belly pan but with a certain amount of give. Not crash tested yet, but i'm hoping it gives belly pan a fighting chance in the event....
