No, do not kill some one because they have a mental illness but for the merits a crime I do not have a problem with. There are those with the illness you are implying deserve the death penalty who are contributing to and area decent members of society. It is the knee jerk reactions of individuals who do not understand the complexity of the mind.
Instead of using sensationalised language why not try a different approach to educate those who are afraid of this hidden and frowned upon illness. Try this out if you really are interested in the human race:
