As far as I am aware the two points are:
1.) noise levels. It seems silly to have motor racing and then for the council to slowly throttle the circuits money supply by restricting noise levels unless it is something that is in line with major circuits or motor sport guidelines
2.)mallory park saying 92 days racing a year us not enough to make it economical to run. This seems like the race circuit trying to make a cash cow out of the circuit. They've run happily for 92 days for years, they have no entitlement to change it without the residents permission
Definitely a twin issue but easily resolved if people don't be greedy. Running a small track shouldn't be about making a profit but should be a hobby for posterity.

Opinions are like A**holes, Everyone has one. Some people seem to have more than one though which is a bit odd.
