You need 98 - 2000 R1 EXUP parts to fit a Fazer. 

Sounds like this one has been royally rogered but it's amazing how many can be brought back from the scrap heap.  However, if you're not mechanically inclined, go with kebab's advice to have an engineering firm do the job.  You might have to take them the downpipes, too, so that they can check alignment/rotation as they proceed with the work.
